During my recent business trip, we stayed at the Howard Johnson, as it was chosen by my director. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and cozy the room was! We enjoyed fresh towels every day, and the view from our balcony overlooking the chair lift was beautiful, especially during the mornings and evenings. The comfy chairs there allowed us to relax and take in the scenery. The hotel's location was perfect; just a short 2-4 minute walk to the main strip, allowing us to explore without being in the hustle and bustle.
Wi-Fi was spotty.

Loved my 2 nights stay. The hotel staff was amiable and very courteous. The rooms were newly decorated and equipped with 2 baths full apt, fireplace, as for instance. The cost was £ 55.
Where was swimming pool?.

The private balcony was a fantastic spot for morning coffee as we enjoyed the beautiful surroundings. The location was another highlight; it was conveniently close to attractions like Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies.
One minor drawback was the need for housekeeping to come more frequently.

Amazing place with its free parking, great wi-fi, and 24-hour reception. The staff remembered helping me return my hairbrush on my first stay. I highly recommend it and will be back for Xmas!

We just had a fantastic two-night stay! The shower was amazing, a highlight, and the cleanliness of the room was superb. Plus, those cozy fire pits outside really created a great atmosphere.

My favorite hotel in Gatlinburg, the staff was helpful. The venue was located near all the attractions, downtown, Gatlinburg. Also, Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies was within walking distance. Exceptionally comfortable bed, recently renovated and updated room👍

Clean room, enjoyable shower, including a nice electric fireplace that added to the ambiance , and the convenient location made exploring the local attractions easy with easy access to public transportation.
