This place suits me perfectly with its free parking, great wi-fi, and 24-hour reception. The staff remembered helping me return my hairbrush on my first stay. I highly recommend it and will be back for Xmas!

We just had a fantastic two-night stay! The shower was amazing, truly a highlight, and the cleanliness of the room was superb. Plus, those cozy fire pits outside really created a great atmosphere.

I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and spacious the room was, making it a perfect base to explore nearby attractions like the Sweet Fanny Adams Theatre and the beautiful views from the Gatlinburg Space Needle, both just a short walk away.

The hotel was beautifully decorated and had accessible pathways, making it easy for me to navigate. I particularly appreciated the cozy atmosphere and the lovely garden area where I could relax and enjoy nature.

More comfortable seating in common areas would help.

One downside was the lack of daily room service. We didn’t get enough clean towels and trash wasn’t emptied often during our stay.

The pool area was relaxing, and we loved chilling by the outdoor fire pit after a long day. The only downside was that the cleaning could use a bit more attention, but it didn’t ruin our overall experience. 😊

i stayed at howard johnson for 4 nights and loved it! the rooms were clean, and the location was perfect for walking to everything downtown. plus, the seasonal outdoor pool provided a nice spot to relax. the staff was friendly, which made my stay even better.

We had a wonderful stay at Howard Johnson By Wyndham Downtown Gatlinburg! The location was perfect, just a short walk from Anakessta and lots of shops and restaurants. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and we appreciated the daily fresh towels. The amenities, including free WiFi and a flat-screen HDTV, made our stay enjoyable.
